Instructions
  1. Place the quinoa in a sieve and rinse under a tap until the water runs clear.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, place the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cacao powder and salt. Bring to a simmer and add the washed quinoa to the saucepan.
  3. Simmer on low heat for 25 minutes, stirring from time to time so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
  4. Once the quinoa is cooked, remove from the heat and stir through the frozen raspberries. Serve warm or chill in the fridge. Top with fresh berries and coconut flakes.
